Chewy has been a regular of ours for a couple of years now. A Kalgoorlie boy Chewy’s ability to make things happen is almost as good as his beard.

No doubt you have heard of Movember. It is a fundraiser for Men’s Health and in particular some pretty nasty business if you know what I mean.

In the last few years it has gathered momentum and it is not uncommon to see some really bad porn mo’s being sported around November each year.

Now in Chewy’s case that would have been a waste of time so check out the photos of his response to the fundraising cause.

It should be known that his effort was substantial. He was ranked somewhere around 83rd in Australia for the most funds raised. Out of 128000 people you would have to agree that is a pretty bloody good effort.

Well 2010 is a new year and we want to bump Chewy up the ladder a bit. You Fremantle supporters would know what that feels like.

Keep track of Movember in 2010 and when it comes time contact us and contribute to Chewy’s 2010 Movember campaign.

Don’t be shy because he has some good corporate sponsors and the more he raises individually the more they will contribute.

This is a great cause as it affects a lot of people in different ways, don’t ignore a major men’s health issue any longer and get on board.

In the meantime enjoy the photos and please no more calls telling us the back is prettier than the front……we know!!

Everyone who fishes would now know about the new fishing laws introduced by the State Government in October 2009.

The first stage of these new laws has been rolled out with the Annual Closure for Demersals in the west coast region just finishing on the 15th of December.

New for 2010 will be the requirement for anyone fishing from a boat to hold a boat licence.

Specific to charter boats and our clients will be the requirement of our clients to hold a charter fishing licence if they do not already have the annual fishing from a boat licence.

Being a new law Top Gun Charters will ensure all clients have met this before fishing from our vessel to ensure we comply with the requirements of the department of Fisheries. Don’t forget to obtain one!!

Having said that Fisheries are unable to provide us with the details of how to obtain this licence at this time but we will keep you informed.
